Cottage Food Disclosure

Crumb & Cry operates under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act.

All products are homemade and produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and may process common food allergens.

Products are for direct sale to consumers only and may not be resold.

Allergen Notice

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including but not limited to:

• Wheat

• Eggs

• Dairy

• Soy

• Tree nuts

• Peanuts

• Sesame

We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free.
Customers with severe allergies should not consume our products.

Orders & Payment

Orders may be placed through our website or Instagram.

Accepted payment methods:

• Venmo

• Zelle

• Cash

• Check

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment arrangements are agreed upon.​​​​​

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for taste preferences or change of plans.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Crumb & Cry is unable to fulfill the order

• A verified product safety issue occurs​

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
